Ober-Balm (near Auslikon, community of Pfäffikon ZH) is a quiet and idyllic place located above the lake of Pfäffikon. The area is perfect for hiking, biking, swimming and relaxation.

The whole region of the Zurich Oberland offers a great deal of sport activities and historical and cultural attractions. Zurich, Winterthur and Rapperswil are close by and are easily reached by public transport or car.

Room for 1 - 2 people on the first floor of the house.
Bathroom to be shared with the hosts.
WLAN and computer in the room.
Joint use of garden and washing machine.
Use of kitchen facilities upon agreement.
Costs: CHF 50.- per person, breakfast included, CHF 45.- without breakfast
Payment on arrival in CHF.

Highway A53 (arriving from Zurich) , exit Uster Nord, direction Pfäffikon ZH.
Highway A1, exit Effretikon, direction Rapperswil / Pfäffikon ZH.
Highway A53 (arriving from Rapperswil), direction Hinwil / Winterthur.

Arrival by public transport:
Bus from Wetzikon station + Pfäffikon ZH, bus stop Ober-Balm only Monday – Friday.
Kempten station: about 2.5 km walk (uphill) or taxi.
