Our menus and dishes are prepared with market-fresh ingredients from local suppliers. Enrico Buffoni supplies the meat, Hansueli Nüssli bakes our bread – both are located only a stone's throw from Rössli Illnau.
The seven-course-tasting menu accompanied by a selection of wines is equally popular as the original Viennese Tafelspitz and Kaiserschmarrn.
