Of course we feature fish’n’chips, chicken wings and even cottage pie in addition to the traditional and popular Porter burger that you may spice up with ingredients such as bacon or avocado. That's not enough; together with our chef we create finest cuisine at the grill restaurant, as e.g. the classic Porter steak (550gr), prepared specially and served attractively. We also love homemade dips and dressings, selected and fresh ingredients mostly made in Switzerland. And last but not least, the unforgettable and delicious tartar and the delightfully marinated spare ribs.
